President's Message
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Ambphalla Jammu – The Temple of learning- was established in April 1998 with the selfless, tireless, dedicated and devoted efforts of certain distinguished social workers and prominent educational thinkers in Ved Mandir Complexe Ambphalla Jammu under the patronage of Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti Jammu-Kashmir (Regd.)-a state unit of Vidya Bharti-an All India Educational Organization. Vidya Mandir is built on a piece of land having an area of 2 acres. It has calm, clean and serene environment around its ‘magnificent’ and ‘majestic’ building- A model for others to emulate. The fundamental Aim and Objective of BHARTIYA VIDYA MANDIR AMBPHALLA is to impart quality education based on Bhartiya moral and ethical values to bring about all round and harmonious development of the personality of the students so that they may achieve ‘success and salvation’ and may serve our motherland efficiently and keep afloat the ‘Torch of Freedom’

We need to gear up for the challenge lying ahead that is to keep intact the air of excellence that surrounds our elite institution.
As the time is changing , education needs to be seen with new eyes, free thinking where a child is free to ask fundamental questions, enquire and learn where an atmosphere of space, freedom, care and security is created in which children are helped to enlarge their horizon. The teachers are concerned with the developing individual talent and intelligence of each child and not merely a few. We should be aware of child’s talent as well as limitations and allow him to develop in his own way and not on the basis of predetermined expectations.
It is our endeavor and an effort towards creating a wider awareness of the world and giving space for multi dimension development of the students as well as teachers. I hope students passing out from “Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Ambphalla” school would grow into self aware, sensitive and responsible human beings who remain lifelong learners.
